Indian Idol 5 Top 6, Naushad Ali Kawa Eliminated

Audiences are the real judges at the reality shows and it was proven yet again on the 6h July elimination episode of Indian Idol 5.

Naushad Ali Kawa who had the talent to become the winner of this show and also won the Best Performer of the week award on Monday has been eliminated from the Indian Idol 5. Naushad as well as the judges were stunned at the decision as almost everybody want Tia out of the competition.

Top 6 of Indian Idol 5 at the moment are Tia, Rakesh, Shivam, Swaroop, Sreeram and Bhoomi.

However there is Wild Card round Next week in which Naushad is expected to make the resturn being the deserving guy.

This desision was taken after the vote count from Audiences after the last week's Qawali episode aand Monday night's gala episode.

tia should be eliminated with immediate effect rather she should be thrown out. i really pity the audience who are voting for her. a natural singer sings flawlessly whereas tia has to really stretch her lungs out she has absolutely no connection with sur and taal. i am sure she will be eliminated soon but good singers like shashi naushad can get depressed and stop believing in reality shows.

its sad ... singer like naushad should have been in top 3... i dont think this is due to audience voting...if audience voting mattered tia, swaroop,bhumi would hav been kicked off much earliear .. voting is a waste of ur money...he was never in danger zone ..he got all the needed comments..and still hopeless indian idol

it is unfortunte that naushad has been eliminated. Truly speaking there are other contestants like Tia & Bhoomi who should be eliminated. Naushad is much better than them & he is a learnt singer. But unfortunately i believe people are voting not on the merits but on the looks of the gal

tia and bhoomi should have been in bottom 3. audiences should take the judges comments seriously as they are all talented and know their job. i personally feel indian idol should also give weigtage to judges comments along with the audience. i am sure none of the judges are happy with tia. she should have been eliminated long back.

Like wild card entry there should be wild card exit....specially made for contestant like Tia...she doesnot deserve even to get votes..

Its proven that you give voting rights to public and result is disastrous. We vote for wrong people in general elections and here in this show people vote for singers with good looks and no talent... WTF

its really strange how are people voting for TIA, though judges giv bad comment on her performance still people think she is a gud singer... shashi waz soo gud in sur and taal.
its a real shame to have ppl like TIA on indian idol who is still a beginner

It's shameful the exit of the super Sufi singer from the show. The deserving person should not be eliminated. I was too shocked that I switched off the T.V.If Naushad will not back I will not see Indian Idol expisodes..........and same I reqest to my friends.
The top two candidates are SreeRam and Naushad and we want to see healty competition in the show not stupid decisions.

Most of Tia's votes are obviously coming from typical guys that think they have a chance with her...what dudes don't realize is that she really sucks at singing and they have no chance with her...when arpita got eliminated it should have been Tia, and bhoomi isn't a bad singer so stop hating on her..as salim said she has a distinct voice which the industry hasn't heard before

there is nothing like reality in indian idol 5..
the eliminations decisions are not taken by true heart.. there is going wrong in the elimination process.. can any body plz tell me that why TIA and SWAROOP are in the top 6.. they don't deserve in that position.. it's the shame for INDIAN IDOL show.. Naushad and shashi r much better than these 2 people.

Tia should get eliminated & she will be next one next week. I see bhoomi winning the competition, thats not she is the best, but i observe some kind of planning and design in this show. Sreeram is most liked by judges so he will obviosly stay till atleast finals or top 3.
My opinion is top 3 shud be Sreeram, Rakesh, and Bhoomi.
I felt deeply greived for naushad, arpita, and manisha.

First of all this voting system is bhakwas .. ! Instead .. if you stand sachin tendulkar .. there, He can become Indian Idol singer with maximum votes. ... We are actually not searching for Idol singer ,, this is in search of of popular singer. .. or channel is making money from our weakness .. !

This voting system itself is bahkwas... If you place sachin tendulkar there he can win maximum votes and can become Indian Idol too. .. Here we are not choosing the best singer we are actually choosing the other .. ! or may be channel is making money with the votes .. instead of choosing good singer .. !

Worst performance on 5th July 2010 was that of Bhoomi.

Out of all these 7 contestants, Tia and Bhoomi need to exit now.

If there is a wild card entry next week, Sashi Suman and Naushad should come back. That's when the real fun will start once again.

before 7 july i was in love indian idol programm becose of Noshad Ali. I love Noshad’s beautiful voice but he is elemenated becoz of some stupid reasons so thats why now i will never watch indian idol programm.Now i hate indian idol programm.Noshad Ali Kawa will come in indian music industry very soon and no one can stop him.Noshad is No.1 singer of the world with his sweet voice and genius personality….

Naushad Kawa is such a talent box.....his duet with Swaroop was mindblowing..
Sashi...OMG....he is just a playback quality..
