Direct TV Customers faced some strange problems today in the morning. When they tried to change the channels they couldn't as the remote control was not working and the TV sets were on one channel.

The most frustrating part is that customers were not able to locate the numbers on Direct TV homepage. It only lists a sales number where new service or equipments can be ordered.
