Salman Khan’s name might have been associated with several women in the past, but he has never outright acknowledged nor accepted the relationships. He did not make an exception for Katrina Kaif either.

So when Sallu started going out of his way to promote his Veer co- star Zarine Khan, tongues started to wag.

Clearly, the actor has started to change with time.

He is not as secretive as has been in the past any more, or so it seems, and doesn’t care what people make of his actions. At least that’s what appears in Zarine’s case.

Salman is leaving no stone unturned to set his former co- star’s career on the right path. This was why he ensured that Zarine got a chance to perform at the IIFA awards in Sri Lanka recently.

As if that wasn’t enough, Sallu broke one of his own rules recently and was spotted with Zarine at an A- list party thrown by Aamir Khan.

Everyone expected Salman to come alone — if not with Katrina — and were naturally surprised that he chose to leave his girlfriend back home and bring along Zarine instead.

This has caused gossip mills to run overtime as regards the relationship between Salman and the chubby actress.

Zarine, of course, has no reasons to complain and seems to be enjoying the attention immensely. She has also started working hard to acquire a svelte look.

Wonder if Katrina can hear the alarm bells ringing?
